BPM Architect, PSG at TIBCO in Remote

We support projects that are aggressive, strategic to our customers' business, and that leverage mission critical services and applications. The TIBCO BPM Architect is exceptionally knowledgeable about the TIBCO BPM product set as well as supporting technologies. The BPM Architect will apply best practices in developing solutions to address critical business issues and enterprise level design matters. He/She performs enterprise integration planning activities:
specifically reviewing and providing recommendations relating to customers' business process management integration vision. He/She provides input to Center Of Competency definition and roll-out, develops the high level architecture and best practices, standards and reusable components that comprise an effective enterprise integration framework. What You'll Do Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and the rest of PSG as appropriate. Provide technical leadership on design or development and implementation of complex engagements. Participate in the process of communicating mutually agreed upon expectations. Participate in requirement gathering and design session Develop detailed and realistic estimates Define project standards and ensure their use, perform complex event-driven infrastructure implementations Communicate challenges or risks proactively and appropriately.Provide successful solutions to company business/technical issues Who You Are Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Computer Science Good communication skills and ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions Good understanding of the software development life cycle and business process management life cycle. Able to accurately assess and mitigate risk on projects Successfully leads a project/task with 2 or more consultants assigned Can develop detailed and realistic project plans AND delivers on time and within budget Strong client-facing skills and interacts well at all levels (internally & externally) Should have 5-6 years hands on experience with BPM products like iProcess, AMX BPM or other non TIBCO products like Pega or IBM Lombardi Preferred:
Knowledge of Core Java, HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, Web Services and the Eclipse environment a plus. Experience in UI technologies like AngularJS, JQuery an advantage Passion for technology and willingness to learn Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating system Conceptual Knowledge of enterprise architecture integration and service-oriented architecture. Knowledge of Databases (Preferred:
Oracle, MySQL) Proficiency in general programming concepts
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
