Retail Managers - NO MORE Holidays, Nights or Weekends

We want you to apply your management skills learned in retail to work directly with our distinguished corporate clients over the telephone and Internet from the comfort of our office campus in Hamilton, NJ.
Our work schedule - Weekdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
During our extensive training program, you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the research, selection and hiring functions of the talent acquisition business. We train our employees using a hands-on approach with concentrated one on one training.
You will be trained in all aspects of the talent acquisition consulting business including:
Corporate client development and support.
Strategic needs analysis and differentiation.
Developing new and creative recruiting methods.
Networking and candidate sourcing.
You will learn to establish and maintain solid working relationships with the hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure corporate client needs are met.
We offer competitive trainee base salaries from $30,000 to $40,000 plus monthly performance bonus with the opportunity to make $100,000+. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
