Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hamilton, NJ
Diedre Moire has been building our Talent Acquisition team and investing in new tools and processes to better serve our business partners. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Robbinsville, New Jersey. The individual selected for this position will partner with assigned functional areas, to assess the talent market for assigned roles, create a sourcing strategy, and attract, screen, and assess candidates for open and anticipated positions. Our recruiters are responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of positions.
Responsibilities
Source and identify quality candidates
Qualify candidate skills and experience
Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having in-depth knowledge of company, position, initiatives and business strategy of the organization
Complete candidate management including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates
Thoroughly prepare and debrief candidates through each stage of the interview process
Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Exceptional telephone, interviewing, and relationship building skills
Must be able to work independently and make sound business decisions
Ability to thrive under pressure in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to continuously drive the recruitment life cycle and provide ongoing updates to hiring managers
Strong consultative skills to be a true talent acquisition partner to hiring managers
Ability to work on multiple projects
