PCA/Secretary Position
Team member would cover our RMC (primary location) and JSUMC (Medical Arts Building) location, she/he would be responsible for: registration of patients, data entry, front desk duties, scheduling appointmentEUR(TM)s, billing, vitals, finger sticks, lab forms, assisting Doctor/Ultrasound Tech, room prep for patient procedures, chart prep, basic secretary skills such as but not limited to filing, faxing and answering phones. Team member must be able to handle a fast paced environment, multitasking, willing to adapt to work schedule to meet the needs of the unit, perform guest/patient care duties in a safe and proficient manner, maintain a clean and safe environment, self-directed/self-motivated. This team member would cross cover the Nurse when she/he is out or additional staff is needed at either location.
