Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hamilton, NJ
We have an exceptional opportunity for someone to join our Talent Acquisition Organization. You will identify, attract and deliver candidates for our clients who are located throughout the United States. You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online and in person networking events and communities to feed your pipeline repositories.
Responsibilities:
Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and managers to achieve organizations short and long term hiring goals.
Interview/screen appropriate candidates and provide background summaries in accordance with expectations.
Build solid working relationships
Utilize online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines
Build outside relationships with specialty organizations both online and in person.
Use in-house databases, ATS and maintain data integrity of all information
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of the full lifecycle recruiting process
Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a changing environment
Internet savvy
Compelling writing skills
