The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads all aspects of the acquisition process, including; attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners and builds trusted relationships with our clients, working closely with hiring managers, senior leadership and HR representatives.
Responsibilities
Execute all facets of the talent acquisition process and recruitment strategies.
Maintain constant communication with clients and candidates.
Develop, maintain and cultivate a network of high value clients and candidates.
Willingness to learn, be coached and participate in organization training programs.
Monitor and share relevant market trend information. Be a thought leader.

Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Business/Management, Psychology, Sales/Marketing, Finance or related field

Ability to interact effectively with different layers of management.
